1. Order Cancellation Window
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.
To request a cancellation:

After the 2-hour window, the order is considered confirmed and processed, and we won’t be able to cancel or refund it.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order is dispatched from our facility, it cannot be canceled as the products are perishable and made to order. In such cases, we recommend referring to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible scenarios like damage or wrong item delivery.
3. Refund on Canceled Orders
If your cancellation is approved within the allowed window:
- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
