At CocoLihe, every chocolate is handcrafted with care and compassion. We want you to experience joy with every bite. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can arise. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements with fairness and transparency.
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the chocolates are delivered.
We encourage you to double-check:
- Your shipping address
- Your product selections (flavor, pack size, quantity)
before placing an order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order:
- Arrives damaged
- Is melted
- Contains incorrect items
- Is incomplete
We’re here to make it right.
What to do:
- Email us at support@cocolihe.store within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach clear photos of:
- The outer packaging
- The chocolate(s)
- The shipping label
- Briefly describe the issue.
We will verify the concern and offer one of the following:
- A replacement order shipped at no extra cost
- A partial or full refund, based on the situation
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once approved, your refund will be:
- Processed within 5–7 business days
- Credited to your original payment method
You will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The delivery failed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- The product was left unattended in heat and got spoiled
- You simply changed your mind after the order is delivered
- The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@cocolihe.store.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
