At CocoLihe, every order is more than just a delivery—it’s a promise of indulgence without compromise. We’re committed to delivering our chocolates with care, quality, and timeliness across India.
1. Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship to most pin codes across India.
We are working to expand our delivery coverage soon. If you’re unsure about delivery to your area, please contact us at support@cocolihe.store before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next working day.
- During peak seasons, festivals, or sales, processing times may take slightly longer—but we’ll always keep you informed.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)
- Metro Cities: Usually 2–4 business days
- Remote Areas: May take up to 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
- Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders or during promotional offers.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use it to monitor your order status in real-time.
6. Packaging & Handling
We pack every CocoLihe chocolate with great care to ensure freshness and quality:
- Temperature-sensitive items are insulated as needed.
- Sustainable, food-grade, and secure packaging is used to preserve the taste and integrity of each product.
7. Delivery Delays
We strive to deliver your order on time, but sometimes delays can happen due to:
- Courier issues or strikes
- Bad weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping addresses
In such cases, we will do our best to assist and resolve the situation quickly.
8. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incomplete, please:
- Take clear photos of the package and products.
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@cocolihe.store.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.
10. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned—we’re working on it!
